Civilizations were wrecked in the distant future as a result of an intergalactic war that had raged for eons. Humans have lost everything, with barely one-fifth of the population surviving. "The Third," a peculiar human race, is claimed to have arrived shortly after the conflict. They have a third eye, which appears as oval-shaped red pupils termed "space eyes" over their traditional two eyes and allows them to operate computer systems and other technology, allowing them to conquer the globe by their superior technological prowess.
