In a parallel universe, famous racehorses that have left behind great legacies, as distinctive as they may be, are reborn as horse females. They begin their adventure afresh in this life, continuing to race and maybe reliving the triumph they once experienced. A horse girl named Special Week travels to Tokyo with the hopes of becoming the finest racehorse in Japan. She enrolls in the Tracen Academy, which trains horse girls like her to become better racers. Special Week is motivated to become a racer after witnessing Silence Suzuka's elegant running technique. Shortly after that, Special Week is recruited into Silence Suzuka's Spica team. She then continues her ascent to the summit, one lap at a time.
