Takamiya Honoka is an ordinary student whose main issue appears to be that he sits next to Kagari Ayaka, the school's number one beauty. They've never talked before, and every minor interaction between them leads in her fanclub bashing him up. However, when a collapsing portion of the school's building threatens to transport him to the hereafter, it is Kagari who rushes to his aid. But... she's dressed as a witch, carrying him in her arms, and riding a broom?! Kagari informs him that it is her responsibility to defend him, and that she can now do so publicly rather than covertly.
